Race Day Details

If you are an outstation runner, we will provide you the bib on race day. We will also try and accommodate runners who could not come to the Expo to collect the bib on best try basis only

 

Reporting Time

Please plan to reach by 7:30 pm, latest by 8 pm to ensure easy parking and walking to the Start line.

You will also need to cross the service lane in an organized manner in groups to get to the event start line. Please allow sufficient time to do so.

The Route

The route starts from the main carriageway in front of Tau Devilal Stadium and goes 10.5 km on the main Elevated Sohna Expressway and then back. 

Start Time

The Event kicks off from 8PM. Final Start timing by each distance will be updated soon

Full Marathon Run (cut off time 5.5 hours)

 2 loops, of going to 10.5kms mark and back

 

Half Marathon Run (cut off time 3.5 hours)

 1 loops, of going to 10.5kms mark and back

 

10Kms Run (cut off time 2 hours)

1 loop of going to 5kms mark and back

 

5Kms Run (cut off time 1.5 hours)

1 loop of going to 2.5kms mark and back

3Kms Fun Run/Walk (Non timed)

1 loop of going to the 1.5kms mark and back

 

One side of the carriageway will be closed to traffic. Runners are requested to always stay towards left of the road whichever direction they are running.

Please note that start times have been changed to accommodate participant requests and optimize the program for the evening

 

Aid Stations & Route Marking

► Bring your sippers which we have provided over multiple years. Refill them at the aid stations. This is your contribution to decreasing waste.  There are 4 Aid stations on the route at 2.5kms, 5kms, 7.5kms and 10.5kms. The stations will have first-aid, water, energy drink, and race-related snacks. 
► There will be Km markers and volunteers to guide you. The route is largely straight and flat and will be closed to traffic in the best possible way. However please do be careful for the stray law breaker.

►We are trying to get some entertainment on the route

 ►In case it gets really warm, we may get some mist fans too

 

First-Aid

► Ambulance from our Hospital Partner will be stationed at start point. This is to ensure we are able to reach you at the earliest. The Aid stations will have first aid kits. There will be volunteers on motorcycles who will carry first aid kits. 


Baggage

► Runners may either keep their baggage in the car (recommended) or deposit at the baggage counter. If you are leaving your baggage in the car, keep it in the dashboard or boot of the car.

► Mark your identification on the bag. Don’t leave valuable items in the bag

Parking & Loo

There is limited parking at the venue. Other than that, there is a parking within a km and there are by lanes in which you can park. While we will have volunteers around places where you can park, however it is at your own risk. Please plan to arrive early as you will take time to park and walk to the holding area. Carpooling is highly recommended.

There are toilets at the venue apart from 2 near the start point and 2 at the 10.5 kms U turn. There will also be two at the 5Kms mark.

 

Post Run Refreshments

Participants will get finishers’ Medal & Timing Certificate. Meal will be served to all participants at the finish point.

SNM is a glitzy run with a global touch thus you will have largely modern music to groove to and global food. In case warm, we will have rain dance zone to chill out and groove so do get some spare clothes!

Age Categories and Prizes

Age categories for all Distances are as under:

The top 3 winners in the FM and HM will get cash prizes. For Age Group winners, they will get mention of their rank on the website and the Result site.

General Guidelines

Dispose all the trash, disposable glasses and bottle in dustbins placed all along the route. Help us keep the race route clean. We take pride in leaving the route clean
